The Story

"Floral Fear" was inspired by the movie "Midsommar." The type face was created with the easiness of the movie in mind. The film has a cult like feel to it. I wanted to channel that into the creation of the type face. When it came to illustrating the characters, I decided to depict them as skulls with defining elements from the movie. 

For part of the project I was tasked with creating beer labels that utilized my typeface. I chose three beer types to execute: raspberry ale, golden ale, and pale ale. Each flavor had its own color scheme complete with a unique illustration.
